Diaphragm Pumps Ltd

WildenUN Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps are becoming the most common pumps for use when Only Air is available or when pumping solid laden liquids or slurries. WildenUN Diaphragm Pumps have no seals as the diaphragm acts as the barrier between the Liquid side and the drive side of the pump. When the liquid pressure reaches the air pressure, the WildenUN pump reaches a point of balance and stalls without the need for bypasses or overload protection.WildenUN Diaphragm Pumps pump can run dry indefinately and have the ability to self prime to 7 metres or more in some cases. They can handle viscosities up to 20000 Centipoise as standard and some WildenUN models can handle cPs into the 100's of 1000's. WildenUN Pumps are some of the most reliable AOD's in the marketplace, Self Priming, Dry running, Intrinsically safe, these are just a few of the features of WildenUN Diaphragm Pumps. Models include pumps for pumping hygienic products, aggressive chemicals aswell as standard industrial duties. High pressure models are also available for filter press applications or for pumping into closed systems. ATEX regulated WildenUN pumps are offered for Zone 1 environments. Wilden Unitech SeriesTM

The UNITECTM series includes a complete line of versatile pumps made for nearly any process and waste application. With their machined sealing surfaces and superior product containment, the UNITECTM pumps will exceed your expectations about how an air-operated double-diaphragm pump should perform.

By adding new materials to Wilden's already extensive line of products, the Teflon® PTFE and polyethylene pumps in the UNITECTM series extend the application limits where an AODD® pump can be used. The conductive plastic pumps in the UNITECTM series are designed to safely discharge static electricity when hazardous static build-up is present in a process system. The pump's ability to safely discharge this static electricity also meets the ATEX 100 directive standards for Europe.
